ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an account sales specialist for State Farm Agent Randy Reeves, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Randy is a third generation State Farm agent.  Randy opened his agency in 1983.  Randy's family as represented State Farm since the 1940's.    

If you are looking for a career in an industry that is almost economy proof, insurance is a good choice.  The training and knowledge you will learn is valuable.  Randy's agency is a busy place.  Many of the family's we insure got their first State Farm policy with Randy's dad or grandfather. Outstanding service and personal attention are priorities at the agency.  

Responsibilities
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensación: $34,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
